got a great deal through AttractionTickets.com during the Black Friday sale and will definitely use the site again. I shopped around quite a bit before booking, and they came out as the best option for both park tickets and accommodation. The prices were really competitive and the whole package worked out very well for us. The only thing I’d like to see added is a discount for emergency services or NHS staff, perhaps through something like Blue Light Card, as Disney offer similar discounts. Overall, really happy with the value and I’ll definitely be checking them again for our next trip.

We were happy with our visit itself, but attraction tickets provided the wrong information to us, leading us to having to wait for 2 hours with our 9-year old (hours we could have spent in a better way in London) and returning too late to London. This impacted our experience (our daughter was very tired the day itself because of the waiting and late entrance, and also the next day). The mistake was recognized over the phone and compensation was promised over the phone, but not given.
