Disappointed with this park. This was the first time we had been here as it was new. The food was very poor, directions to specific rides was hard to find and the Harry Potter ride kept breaking down, so after 45 minutes we left it. Some people were queuing for over 3 hours which is unacceptable.

Each time we used our express pass (once per ride per day) the attraction broke down so we were either still waiting over an hour or left the queue so we could try to ride other attractions so lost the ability to ride the original attraction as the express had already been used.

Great park although lots of outdoor space so not much shade in summer. Also rides go down frequently for weather and when it rains there is no where really to wait it out unless you dive into a restaurant which are generally very busy with not great quantities of seating and some close earlier than the park itself.

least favourite park, it felt dijointed and low energy, on first day spent 5 and half ours up and down to guest relations, who were marvellous, but the accomodation in place wasn't working until the very end, very diappointing

This was our first part, and staff helped me, so much with accessability, however because the family has different accessability needs, it meant none of could stay together, I spent almost the whole time up and down guest services trying to sort it out, The staff there were fantastic, however staff at conceirge by haunted area, he came across cold, uncaring and couldn't ***** the gravity of situation and refused to help. Because the park was quiet it felt no so magigal, however i was very distressed as a family we hardly got to do anything, I done mario ride which was very busy and had to leave as got to overwhelmed.
